Training Centre Directorates

GDRS conducts in-service training programs to facilitate its staff in gaining information and new skills. This allows staff to perform their duties in the required and most productive manner, and allows them to gain the qualities necessary to fulfill their duties.

In-service training activities are held in these specially designed centres at the Ankara and Içel. In addition to these centres, training sessions are also conducted at the Regional and Provincial Directorate level. In-service training programmes help GDRS staff to develop and to gain the necessary knowledge required in meeting their requirements with an emphasis upon quality and efficiency. These programmes allow staff to accomplish their tasks with a greater harmony in working together thereby ensuring that the collective workforce is productively employed.
